What I collect

When you send an enquiry or request a booking, I collect the details you give me: your name, email address, phone number (if provided), and the information you choose to share about your situation. I do not collect anything else automatically beyond basic, anonymous website operation data.

How your information is used

Your details are used for one purpose only: to respond to you and, if you decide to work with me, to provide the support you have asked for. I will never sell, rent or pass your personal information to any third party for marketing.

Confidentiality

Everything you tell me about your health, finances or benefits is treated as strictly confidential. Information is only shared with others (for example, included in an appeal submission) with your knowledge and agreement.

How your data is stored

Enquiries and booking requests are stored securely. Access is restricted and protected. I keep your information only for as long as it is needed to help you, and for any period required by law afterwards.

Your rights under UK GDPR

You have the right to ask for a copy of the information I hold about you, to ask me to correct it, and to ask me to delete it. You can also withdraw your consent to be contacted at any time. To use any of these rights, simply get in touch through the contact page.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Only the technical essentials needed for the site to function are used.

Concerns

If you are ever unhappy with how your information has been handled, please contact me first so I can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
